Well, Greenville, we’re not sure how it happened, but in the blink of an eye, the holidays have arrived. Hanukkah starts this week, Christmas is 16 days aways, Kwanzaa starts on Dec. 26, and the general season of giving is well underway. Long story short — we’ve got some shopping to do. 🎁

Here is our curated list of qualitree gift ideas so you can sleigh the holidays.

🎁 Our Editors’ picks

Every year since I (Ana) was born, my mom has gotten me a new ornament for my collection to commemorate whatever milestone was important for me that particular year – it’s one of my favorite traditions. Last year, I moved back to Greenville from Milwaukee, WI, so I received this beautiful ornament from Blue House Paperie. This year, I did some shopping at M. Judson Booksellers, Makers Co., The Tack Shop, and Half Moon Outfitters, but I can’t divulge what I bought, because the gift receivers are GVLtoday readers (obviously).

Grace here – this year I’ve got my eyes on some of these beautiful stained glass ornaments of Greenville (past + present) landmarks. And unlike Ana, who is showing me up with all of her Christmas shopping above, I have yet to do much gift shopping. I’ll be using this guide as much as y’all.

🎁 Stocking Stuffers

Literally anything from the Makers Co. Indie Craft Parade: Shop Edition. No, seriously anything.

A handmade bow tie from A Dapper Sandlapper. (#ProTip – You can also get a matching face mask.)

A “Candy Cane,” “Christmas Memories,” or “Holiday Tidings” candle from Greenville Soy Candle Company.

Exclusive Baby Yoda (Grogu) enamel pins from Borderland Comics and Games.

Unique, loose leaf teas (sold online or in-store) from Dobra Tea.

🎁 If you’re shopping for...

Your Gen-Z cousin who sends you the funniest memes on Instagram + has 609 followers on Spotify:

Methodical Coffee merch to spice up that wardrobe on TikTok + holographic stickers from La’Rue Bohemian Boutique for their laptop.

Your neighbor who always has a treat for your dog and never lets you forget about street sweeping day:

An Alberta Pottery coffee mug for that morning walk or a lovely, leafy thing from savereign.

Your funny coworker who has a sweet tooth and never gets annoyed when you have a dumb question on a Monday morning:

Bourbon soaked dark chocolate covered cherries from LaRue Fine Chocolate + the oh-so sought-after chocolate bombs from Table 301 (that should fix the chocolate craving).

Your sister that loves taking food photos, but mostly for the aesthetic:

Get her signed up for the Community Tap Cultured Cheese Club or order a Chadcuterie charcuterie board that’s picture perfect + deliciously shareable.

Your BFF from college who moved to Seattle after graduation and is one cold winter away from being convinced to move back:

These hysterical “bread + milk” socks from Pickwick Pharmacy or a little taste of home with these seasoning blends from Bobby’s BBQ. You also couldn’t go wrong with a gift to remind her how much fun she’s missing out on at Artisphere.

For the friend that has an Instagram page for their pet:

Emily Austin’s “Must Love Dogs” pillow or a Blueberry Frog Doggie Froyo Cake that may get messy but will be worth it for the pictures.

Your grandma who plays a mean game of bridge, lets you eat ice cream for breakfast + just learned how to FaceTime:

A South Carolina birch wood puzzle made by a Greenville local and a luxurious bar of soap (or two or three) from Gifted Hands Artisan Soap.

Your five-year-old nephew (or best friends’ kid) who is, without a doubt, the cutest nugget of all time:

Get them holiday pajamas from Vann and Liv for making cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve or a Hollowed Earth Clay to Go kit for some creative fun. Or give the gift of an experience with Heritage Green’s Joint Pass.

Your mom who couldn’t be more fabulous and folds a fitted sheet in under two minutes:

Spoil mom with a gift that sparkles from Make Made Jewelry or have her laughing Christmas morning with a Tiger King ornament from Paula Rallis Home for her “fun” tree. And we love this festive Christmas Vacation graphic tee from PROWSE with MOORE.

Your uncle who’s always running a half marathon during the holidays and hits the SRT every Saturday morning:

Sponsor a 25 ft. section of the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail in their name or grab the Hincapie Sports Hibernation Kit for cozier cold weather rides. And don’t forget the stocking stuffers from Run InNuun Hydration tabs and polarized sunglasses from RUN goodr.

Your dad, the undisputed grill master + craft beer aficionado, who would also love to not receive another pair of socks this year:

A Swamp Rabbit Cafe hot sauce gift box because we know hot sauce goes great on everything or a beautifully crafted (but highly functional) tool to fit in their pocket from Lever Gear.

The music maven that you just know will sell out Bon Secours Wellness Arena one day:

Treat them to a holiday album from Horizon Records or a vintage “speaker” from ReAcoustic Speakers.

Your White Elephant gift exchange match (with a $25 limit to boot):

Give the tasty gift of mead from Wandering Bard Meadery or a Douglas Piper 864 tea towel for the person that has a drawer full of a million different kinds of tea (and is constantly calm).

For that new friend that you tell all of your secrets to but you’re not sure if they’re getting you a gift:

Get in the holiday spirit with M. Judson holiday cards paired with an Urban Digs Friends Sitcom ornament, because maybe it hasn’t been their day, their week, their month, or even their year.
