Hey, homeowners. We’re back with another answer to one of the homeownership questions you sent in earlier this year. From water heaters to clogged drains, they ran the gamut. 🏠

Owner Chris Corley of local company Corley Plumbing Air Electric has now answered GVLtoday readers’ questions about water heaters, septic tanks + more – now he’s back to answer another:

The question from a GVLtoday reader:
“Why is one of my bedrooms colder than the rest of the house? Vents are not closed. All on one level ranch.-Amy S.

The answer from Chris Corley + Jim Nelms of Corley Plumbing Air Electric:
“There are a couple different reasons that could happen.” Like unit placement + size or ductwork issues.

Watch the full explanation + get some #protips when it comes to regulating your home’s temperature. Bonus: Corley is currently offering $100 off duct cleaning – call them at (864) 438-5961 for more details on this special.
