The City of Greenville has launched a new national economic development campaign, called “From Here You Can Change the World.

The city knows that Greenville is already full of entrepreneurial spirit, and this campaign aims to capitalize on our city’s growing reputation as a unique destination by showcasing our quality of life, cultural amenities, cost of living, and environment.

The goal is to encourage entrepreneurs, executives, and founders to start, grow, and keep their businesses here in the Greenville area. City Manager John McDonough says, “Our city understands the mindset of the entrepreneur. We know they don’t just want to make money. They want to make a difference.”

On their new website, you’ll find success stories from local entrepreneurs and “doers,” resources for starting, growing, or funding your business, a job board, an events calendar, and more.

Even our parent company, 6AM City, knows the success of Greenville’s entrepreneurial spirit — the company was started right here in Greenville by 2 local entrepreneurs who met during Leadership Greenville.

Need a little extra convincing? This video should get you pumped up.

After all, from right here in Greenville, South Carolina, every one of us could change the world.
