Greenville Technical College is offering an expanded selection of summer day camps for all interests + ages — from virtual camps for ages 8-14 to in-person camps for ages 11-18 — through their Adventure Tech, Adventure Tech Junior, Accelerate U, and Virtual STEAM programs.

Here are 5 cool camps we wish we could attend:

  • Mastering Baking Week | grades 6th-8th | Morning or afternoon session, June 21-24 | Campers get down in the dough and learn the basics of baking biscuits, pastries, candies + chocolate.
  • BBQ University | grades 9th-12th | July 26-29 | Campers learn to master barbecue + Southern cooking with skills from grilling and slow-roasting to preparing your own rub and desserts.
  • Battle Royale: Make Your First Fortnite-Style Video Game | ages 8-14 | 1 week; June-Aug. | Using 3D game-development software, campers learn how to build video game levels and battle sequences.
  • Mediterranean Marvels | grades 9th-12th | July 12-15 | Campers learn the techniques behind dishes from Italy, Greece, and Morocco, like scratch-made pasta, falafel, and baklava.
