Looking for something to do with the family this weekend? Greenville Technical College has you covered with its free Community Fest 2019, happening this Saturday, Oct. 5.

From 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the school’s Barton Campus on South Pleasantburg Dr., families can learn + play together through hands-on demonstrations, activities, craft stations + more.

Here’s what will be on-site at #GTCFest:

  • Food trucks selling meals + snacks
  • Make-your-own-slime station
  • 3-D printing demos by students + faculty
  • Robotics demonstrations 🤖
  • An ambulance simulator + CPR training
  • Arts + crafts, like calligraphy, customized vinyl decals + wheel-thrown ceramics
  • An egg-cellent culinary demo 🍳
  • Free massages
  • Tips on dental hygiene from puppet experts
  • DIY demo for making Thanksgiving centerpieces from Halloween pumpkins 🎃
  • Square-wheel tricycle rides
  • Community health fair with free screenings
