Taking the kids out on a Friday night often requires a gameplan far in advance, so any activity with a schedule is a lifesaver.

Leave the planning at home this weekend but be sure to remember these things:

Pick your seats + pay for your tickets in advance so you can head straight to the game. Click here for the Drive’s schedule. Bonus: Kids under the age of 2 get in free.

You can snag free parking at County Square and take the trolley to Fluor Field. Kids will love riding with the open windows and seeing the city in a new way.

When you get to the field, first things first, find the drink specials. Head to the 500 Club to try the “Legends Never Die” collab with the Drive + 13 Stripes or one of the delicious Dark Corner Distillery. 🍹 Pro tip: Get to Fluor Field early for “Thirst Inning,” where all Budweiser products at the beer carts in the first inning are $2.

Once you have a drink in hand, take the kids over to the brand-new playground area to run out some energy before grabbing a bite to eat.

If you, er, your kids still have a sweet tooth, grab some soft-serve ice cream in a Drive helmet cup from one of the concession stands. Pro tip: Can be reused as an on-the-go dog water bowl.

Let the kids feel really special + stick around past their bedtime for Hubbell Lighting’s “Light It Up” fireworks (and thank yourself come Saturday morning with that extra sleep you earned). 🎆

P.S. 👜 Fluor Field has a clear bag policy (and yes, that includes diaper bags) so make sure you’re carrying a bag the size of your iPhone (or smaller) if it’s not clear.
