Cherokee Valley Golf Club, formerly owned by a corporate management company, in the Greenville County community of Tigerville, is now a family operation. And it may include a lot more than an 18-hole golf course with a panoramic view of Glassy Mountain soon like an outdoor concert space & a winery with that same awesome view. 🙌🏾

New owner Matt Jennings, credentialed by the PGA as a golf club manager, wants to help property fit in with other outdoor activities enjoyed in the area like hiking and cycling. (It already has a pool, tennis courts, fitness equipment, and saunas.)

158-acre property

💰 Was sold for $900,000

🏌️‍ About 240 people pay between $50 and $285 a month to be members of the club

🍷 The new owners hope to expand the clubhouse for wedding + events, start a winery, and add a concert venue
