We’ve all been there. You’re leaving a late-night show or wrapping up a night on the town, and the midnight munchies hit. But it seems like the lights are off and the grills are cold at all your favorite restaurants.

Well, that’s not quite true — because there are definitely joints that cater to nighttime eaters with late-night meals of everything from pizza to burgers. Save this list for the next time you’ve got an after-hours craving.

Decadent dining

Jack Brown’s Burger Bar | Open until 12 a.m. Sunday-Wednesday + 2 a.m. Thursday-Saturday
This unconventional burger bar (no lettuce, tomato, or onion here) has some delightfully decadent burgers that will satisfy any amount of hunger.

SOCIETY Sandwich Bar & Social Club | Open until 2 a.m. daily
SOCIETY serves salads + sandwiches late, in addition to its ramen and and apps.

Bar Margaret | Open until 12 a.m. Friday-Saturday
Get the large bowl of loaded fries. Just do it.

Sully’s Steamers | Open until 3 a.m. Friday-Saturday
Some people might say an ooey-gooey bagel with your favorite meats and toppings is the perfect late night food, and those people are correct.

Zorba Lounge | Open until 12 a.m. Monday-Saturday
As Jim S. said, you have to check out Zorba Lounge for “the killer steak sandwich.”

Trappe Door | Open until 12 a.m. Friday-Saturday
If you like seafood, try the Moules Frites — a mussel pot served with french fries.

Universal Joint | Open until 12 a.m. daily
The menu here is large enough to satisfy any craving, from salads to burgers to quesadillas.

Fast and casual

The Spinx Market & Eatery | Open until 2 a.m. daily
Grab some pre-made food or a bottle of wine from Greenville’s newest downtown convenience store.

Holy Molli | Open until 2:30 a.m. Friday-Saturday
Grab a burrito, nachos, or a sushi roll at this Mexican-fusion spot.

Viva Tacos and Birria | Open until 12 a.m. Sunday-Thursday + 2 a.m. Friday-Saturday
Does this restaurant have a website? No. Is the food still delicious? Yes. Pro tip: You can find this spot at 1326 N. Pleasantburg Dr. in the Lake Forest Shopping Center.

For the sweet tooth

Carmella’s Cafe and Dessert Bar | Open until 12 a.m. daily
Grab a cannoli cake + your favorite sandwich and sit by the Reedy River as you realize you just made your best decision of the day.
