On top of being our city’s longest-running festival, BB&T Fall for Greenville partners with community organizations, sponsors, and volunteers to help keep the festival free for the public + costs low (which allows them to donate event proceeds to local non-profit beneficiaries).

Starting this Friday, you can walk down Main St. and enjoy 250+ menu items from 49 local restaurants + food trucks and free entertainment on seven stages along the way. Here’s a map to help you plan your route (and how to spend your tickets) – you’ll need it.

Some of the dishes our team will be going after first:

🍇 Grape Leaves with Tzatziki from Habiba Mediterranean Restaurant [5 tickets]

🍖 Porktacular BBQ Sandwich from Mac’s Speed Shop [10 tickets]

🍫 Jack Daniel’s Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie from Smoke on the Water [8 tickets]

🍻 Oh, and of course, the new signature brew by Brewery 85: FFG Festbier.

There are 74 bands performing this weekend. And 65 of those bands are new to the festival this year. Here’s who we can’t wait to see on the stage:

🎶 Multi-Grammy winning and world-renowned dobro and lap steel band The Jerry

Douglas Band on the Carolina Chevy Stage

🎶 Local psychedelic folk-rock sibling duo Brother Oliver on the Live at Aloft Stage

🎶 Greenville-native country singer Ashland Craft, who recently performed for 12 weeks on the TV series The Voice, on the Iron Hill Brewery Stage

Check out the full music lineup and calendar here.

🚘 Where should I park?

  1. Free shuttle service for those who park at County Square (drop off is at South Main St.)
  2. There will be a $6 special event rate for all City-owned parking garages and lots.
  3. Bike Valet service (sponsored by Bikeville): You can bike downtown, drop your bike off under the Main Street bridge (by Falls Park), and they’ll hold onto it for you until you’re ready to go home. Available 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sat. + Sun.

🎟 How many tickets should I buy?

If you pre-purchase $50 worth (10 sheets = 100 tickets), you get 1 sheet free. If you’re taking anyone with you, you’ll blow through these as most items are between 3 – 10 tickets (i.e. 1 craft beer = 10 tickets). You can buy them online here until noon on Thursday, or head over to Table 301 Kitchen & Catering or Brewery 85.

🆕 What are some must-see highlights this weekend?

  • The weekend kicks off with a free concert at the Peace Center Stage on the River on Thursday night (The Jamie Wright Band and Grammy-winning band Son Little, for those keeping up on Spotify).
  • Culinary demonstrations – Watch local + regional chefs show off their skills all weekend, like Chef Shawn Kelly from Fork & Plough making gnocchi Parisienne and Chef Emily Dallam, from The Chocolate Moose, making cake pops. P.S. Don’t miss the Butter Sculpting Challenge on Friday at 5:30 p.m.
  • Shipt Kids’ Area: This family-friendly event lets the kids enjoy the festival with rides, slides, and swings.
  • In addition to 6 music stages, 1 culinary stage, and 6 blocks of tents full of food, the #FFGVL folks are also featuring a Food Truck Row over on Coffee St. featuring Cocobowlz, One Love Fusion Foods, Kickin’ Pig BBQ, and more.

Please do not bring:

  • Your own alcohol. The Carolina Ale House Beer Garden will be serving beers from 25+ breweries (including Rogue, Quest, Hi-Wire, and more). For wine lovers, there will be Revolution Wine Stations located along Main Street and a Wine Garden featuring Living Wine Label located in the Courtyard near the intersection of Broad and Main Streets.
  • Lawn chairs, blankets, coolers. There will be a lot of people at the festival and not a lot of space to spread out.
  • Roller skates, skateboards, or bicycles. You can totally ride them to the festival to save yourself the hassle of parking though.
  • Per city ordinance, pets are not allowed so it’s best to leave cats, dogs, ferrets, pigs, or other pets at home

Interested in helping out? All volunteers will receive a t-shirt, a sheet of Taste Tickets + entrance to the Greenville Tech Volunteer Hospitality area. You can sign up to volunteer here.
