A few things that will always bring me joy: full-stone white marble countertops, glass-enclosed wine cellars, accordion doors that lead to a pool with a view. I’m a tad bit obsessed with Million Dollar Listing, so when I saw the newest Camperdown renderings displaying the Falls Tower Condos, my jaw dropped. Step aside NYC + LA, there’s a new kid on the block.

While the residences are just a bit out of my budget (~$1.6 million once completed), it’s fun to get a feel for what luxury looks like in Greenville. And it looks pretty amazing.

Falls Tower will sit along Main Street, facing the Peace Center, with its left side connecting Camperdown to Falls Park. The top residential floors will feature 18 “shell” units, each 2,865 sq. ft. in size, where buyers customize their property (Edison bulb chandeliers, anyone?). If cruising the garage for a spot isn’t your ideal, Falls Tower will offer private + secure garages for their residents.

The 9th floor terrace (exclusive for property owners) offers a grilling space and is the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset with a glass of wine. 🍷 But where’s the pool? Glad you asked. Residents will have access to Camperdown’s apartment building’s rooftop pool.

Let’s get real. The selling point is the view. While Greenville is growing, our city doesn’t boast the tallest building in S.C. – not even close. We remain a city with a flourishing yet tamed skyline. Because of that, these views really are unlike any other. You can see the sun set over the Blue Ridge Mountains and sunrise against our cityscape. The renderings themselves are absolutely stunning.
