The countdown is on, GVL. Artisphere is back this Friday, May 9 through Sunday, May 11.

Presented by Prisma Health, this award-winning festival is taking over Main Street with three days of art, music, and fun for the whole fam. Here’s what to know before you go:

🎨 Interactive art

Stop by the Prisma Health booth to see “Rules,” a collaborative mural created by Mexico City artist Paola Ibarra Llano. You can add colorful tape to the piece while following (or breaking) her three “rules.” The finished mural will be displayed at local Greenville County schools and The Children’s Museum of the Upstate.

🎶 Live performances

Catch 100+ live shows across three stages and three pop-up locations throughout downtown. Think: music, theatre, dance, aerial acts, and more. Don’t miss indie-folk artist Leyla McCalla headlining the WYFF4 Broad Street Main Stage on Friday at 6 p.m.

🖍️ Kid-friendly fun

Little ones can build birdhouses, play with drawing robots, make chromatography flowers (read: create colorful petals using paper + water), and get crafty at the Spinx Kidsphere tent.

🍴 Food + drink

Grab a bite at the Michelin Culinary Arts Café featuring some of Greenville’s best spots, and sip on craft beers at Sealevel Arts & Drafts.
