Before you know it, summer will be here — and so will the challenge of keeping the kids entertained (without relying on screens all day). If you’re looking for a fun + active way to keep your children engaged, consider signing them up for Summer Day Camps at the YMCA of Greenville.

Registration is now open for a variety of specialty and enrichment camps at YMCA locations across the country. Whether your kid is into sports, arts, science, dance, or swimming, there’s a camp designed just for them.

Full-day summer camp

For kids in K5-5th grade, this traditional day camp is packed with games, field trips, swimming, sports, cooking, crafts, and more. Each week brings a new theme and adventures.

Teen camp

Designed for rising 6th-9th graders, this camp helps teens build confidence and leadership skills through weekly themes, service projects, and hands-on activities.

Half-day enrichment camps

If your kid has a favorite hobby or interest, a half-day specialty camp is a great way for them to explore it. Some options include:

  • Eras Tour Dance Camp
  • Robotics Camp
  • Art Camp
  • Outdoor Adventure Camp
  • Code Creators Camp
  • Pickleball Camp
  • And more

Pro tip: Each YMCA of Greenville branch offers different specialty camps and experiences, so be sure to check that your preferred camp is available at your location.

Psst… When a specialty camp isn’t in session, campers enrolled in one can join their friends in the full-day summer camp. Extended camp is only available to those registered for a specialty camp.
