The vibe

The space will embrace the nearly 60-year-old brand’s Miami roots by bringing in planters filled with lush greenery, koi ponds, and fountains. Plus, the setting will showcase Bal Harbour Shops’ signature palm tree motif.

The food

A restaurant concept designed for the pop-up called The Whitman will bring Latin-inspired flavors and comforting classics to your shopping experience. Named after Stanley Whitman — who opened the Bal Harbor Shops in Miami — the concept promises to “bring the iconic dining experience of Bal Harbour Shops to life.” The indoor-outdoor restaurant is described as ample, breezy, and seamless with a palm-framed courtyard + an al fresco environment.
