The City of Greenville Planning Commission met Thursday, March 16, to discuss six new business applications , including Creekview Townes — a multi-family townhome development proposed for 450 E. Park Ave.

The development was approved by the Planning Commission.

What’s there now?

The ~2.8-acre lot, nestled between East Park Avenue, Henrietta Street, and Atlas Street (behind the former Stone Pizza Company), is currently home to an office building and a portion of Richland Creek.

The development would feature:

  • Three buildings
  • 32 two-story, rentable townhome units
  • 65 parking spaces
  • ~56,300-sqft of open space
  • Variety of trees, shrubs, and grasses
