What do a mechanical bull, fresh fruits + veggies, beer, and a bouldering gym have in common?

They’re all things you’ll be able to find #ComingSoon at the newly redeveloped historic Judson Mill. The 35-acre site is located at 701 Easley Bridge Rd., roughly a ~15-20 minute walk from St. Francis Downtown or all that the Village of West Greenville has to offer.

So, what exactly is coming?

BlocHaven (formerly Rockoon Climbing Community) | Coming by the end May 2021

Climbing gym or art gallery? You tell us. The gorgeous wood details in this climbing gym, which will be the third largest on the east coast, are sure to draw crowds from miles around.

Cowboy Up Nightlife | Coming summer 2021

According to their Instagram, this 10,000-sqft dance + night club will have a state-of-the-art concert stage, a 4-sided full service bar, and the above mentioned mechanical bull.

Magnetic South Brewery | Coming spring 2022

Magnetic South Brewery is opening their first brick and mortar location at 516 N. Main St. in downtown Anderson this fall, and then a second location at Judson Mill a few months later.

Feed & Seed

This 18,000-sqft spot will help provide healthy food options for local lower-income communities. There will be a restaurant, retail space, and community education center.

Judson Mill Lofts

In addition to the commercial properties on-site, there will also be 204 apartments that showcase the traditional high ceilings + exposed brick of the former mill.

Jud Hub

Still just a concept, the “Judson Hub” or “Jud Hub” is destined to be a collaborative, social entrepreneurship innovation center where similarly-minded organizations can work together to create a bigger impact.
