Coldwell Banker revealed its new transparent rebrand in Las Vegas yesterday: “Project North Star,” which lends a new look + mission statement to the Coldwell Banker brand. A transparent rebrand means that they’re testing out this new campaign before fully transitioning into it in January 2020.

The new logo iteration has a star in the upper right corner, above the interlocked CB logo. CB Caine says the star is a symbol for a “guiding light” serving home buyers + sellers as they navigate the real estate market

The new mission statement reads, “We empower our people to leave their mark on the world of real estate.” The new branding is a nod to the company’s history (113 years of it) and a look into its future.

CB Caine has been serving the Upstate for 86+ years and is among the top 2% of Coldwell Banker firms worldwide. It’s the #1 Coldwell Banker office in S.C. Thinking into the future, CB Caine has introduced elements into their biz like flexible office spaces called real estate galleries, cloud-based collaborative platforms + marketing programs to support a mobile-first infrastructure.
