Mental health is important to talk about, but it’s not always easy.

After losing two brothers to suicide, Dennis Gillan kept his grief to himself for years. But now, he’s sharing his story and facilitating important conversations surrounding mental health through the Half a Sorrow Foundation.

If you or someone you know wants to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, join Dennis and his friends on Tuesday, March 18 at the Centre Stage Theater for an open dialogue that could help save a life.
