A new Swamp Rabbit Trail destination is coming soon. You know The Station by Compo Hotels — that cute cluster of luxury cottages a mile from Downtown Travelers Rest? It’s about to get a $14 million transformation featuring:

  • A 16-suite boutique hotel
  • A food hall on the ground floor with up to 5,000 sqft for cafes, restaurants, and boutique retail
  • A 5,500-sqft event venue

Brice Bay, CEO of Compo Hotels, says they’re just rolling with TR’s growth: “Travelers Rest is exploding.”

Construction is expected to start this fall, with an opening by summer 2026.
