Local real estate firm Coldwell Banker Caine is celebrating our local teachers, firefighters, police officers, nurses, EMTs, + veterans with their Home in One giveaway, which will allow select local heroes to compete for a chance to win a free home (yep, you read that right) at Topgolf next Saturday, November 23.

Starting Nov. 1, CB Caine invited 150 local heroes to participate in the competition, which will culminate with a “shoot out” at Topgolf where each participant will have one shot at making a hole-in-one to win a new home in one of nine Upstate Great Southern Homes communities. Also invited are the winners of the recent Home in One scavenger hunt across the Upstate, each who “won” a chance to participate in the shoot out among the local heroes.

United Way of Greenville County + other community partners helped CB Caine identity the local heroes, which includes winners + finalists for ‘Teachers of the Year’ in Greenville and Spartanburg Counties; top firefighters + police officers; Upstate veterans; and award-winning nurses and EMTs from Spartanburg Medical Center, Prisma Health + Bon Secours.

After serving the Upstate for nearly 90 years, CB Caine is a key player in the local economy – employing 250+ people in Greenville and Spartanburg and helping 100,000+ families find homes in the Upstate. Consider this their ‘thank you’ to those who serve our local communities.

Next Saturday’s “shoot out” is not a public event, but you can follow along on CB Caine’s Instagram + Facebook pages. We’re wishing all you heroes good luck from GVLtoday.
