As you can see from the image above, both of the retail spaces have been leased – the question is: by who?

We want you to #BeTheBroker – what would you like to see come into the space?

A coffee shop? An ice cream joint? A boutique? Bubble tea? A jewelry store? The options are endless. Tell us what you’d like to see move into these spaces.

Pssst. We’ve heard through the grapevine that the possibility of a Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is in the running for possible tenants.
