Get your shop on this Black Friday and when you need to fuel up in the Woodruff Road area go sit a spell and nosh on this: The Monte Cristo Sandwich at Cheddars.

I love brunch food and a Monte Cristo is kinda the ultimate brunch plate. This one is giant (you can feed half your table) and especially delicious. It’s stuffed with turkey and ham, dipped in donut batter and fresh fried, served dusted with powdered sugar and raspberry dipping jam.

Located midway between Nordstrom Rack and Target, how can you go wrong? The bar at this Cheddars is especially comfy too with leather booths lining the front windows. It’s a nice respite before you hit the road home. Maybe a mimosa’s in order too.
