Yesterday, it was announced that Greenville startup and fishing kayak manufacturer Bonafide Kayaks, is launching a manufacturing operation right here in Greenville County. The company, which was just started in November 2016, is throwing down $2 million and plans to create 76 jobs over the next three years. They specialize in designing kayaks specifically for fishing.

The new manufacturing facility will be located at 10 Quest Lane, Suite B which is right by West Gantt First Baptist Church off of White Horse Rd. and I-85. Construction on the facility is already underway, hiring should begin later this fall, and kayaks should be cruising down the assembly line by December of this year.
