A future Greenville landmark broke ground on Biltmore Drive earlier this month, and we can hardly wait.
Enter: Biltmore Walk, an exclusive enclave of 44 high-end residences located adjacent to historic Alta Vista neighborhood, inspired by New York City’s Gramercy Park. The new development, which has been 24 years in the making, is expected to welcome its first residents in early 2026 and be fully completed by early 2027.
The project is led by Greenville-based businesses Keene Group + Tom Marchant and Kendall Bateman of Marchant Bateman and Co. with Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate.
The luscious setting
Biltmore Walk’s outdoor setting, designed by landscape architecture firm Knight Strategies, will boast a park-like atmosphere, with tranquil green spaces, walking paths shaded by oaks, and soothing fountains.
The homes will match the natural aesthetic, too — each exterior will be infused with brick and limestone.
Bonus: Keene Group commissioned renowned fine art sculptor Fen de Villiers of Belgium to create a landmark piece for the property. The theme? Celebrating Greenville’s rich heritage.
The urban convenience
Biltmore Walk’s name is fitting — it is, in fact, very walkable.
The property is located just steps away from the multi-use County Square redevelopment (think: shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues). Downtown and the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail aren’t far, either.
The luxurious homes
All of Biltmore Walk’s townhomes were designed to blend historic elegance and contemporary luxury. Every element was meticulously selected, from the custom cabinetry and hardwood floors to the large windows inviting an abundance of natural light.
The homes, crafted by MHK Architecture, ID Studio Interiors, and Inéo Builders, also feature:
- Spacious interiors with three- and four-bedroom floor plans
- Gourmet kitchens equipped with high-end appliances
- Private elevators for accessibility and convenience
- Rooftop terraces with park views
- Roomy two-car garages
