Bacon Bros. is bringing the braai to Greenville

Greenville Journal
Braai (rhymes with “dry”) is an African wood-fired charcoal grill, used to bring people together for food and conversation. Since everyone tends to gather around fire and food on the braai, it becomes the focal point of any party or gathering and the grill master doesn’t have to hang out alone.

And there is a new “braaimaster’ in town. No, really. Bacon Bros chef Anthony Gray has been trained on the KUDU, and will be using the braai at Bacon Bros to host special events locally like the Euphoria food and wine festival.

Stop by Bacon Bros to see how Gray uses the braai. We can imagine the results are delicious. 🙌🏽
