Well it’s Groundhog Day…

Groundhog Day in GVL

While we don’t know what Punxsutawney Phil will predict (and even when we do, sometimes we get a little mixed up, like last year…), we can tell you how to make the best of a longer winter or hopefully an early spring. 🤞🏼

☕️ If spring is nowhere in sight, you’ll find us hibernating with any of these get warm, cozy drinks:

Coffee Underground | The London Fog, made with earl grey tea and steamed milk (which pairs best with their super delish chocolate pie 🥧)

Roost | Roost Irish Coffee, made with dark roast coffee, whiskey + brown sugar syrup and topped with peppermint, chocolate and coffee liquor whipped cream 😋

Village Grind | Build your own latte with any of the house-made syrups (like lavender + vanilla)

Tandem | Hot chocolate, made with Askinosie dark chocolate

Liberty Taproom | Hot Toddy, made with whiskey, hot water + honey (this is the real cure for a cold or sore throat 🤒)

Bohemian Cafe | Morgan’s Hot cider, made with spiced rum, cinnamon simple syrup + apple cider

Nose Dive | Hot Buttered Rum, made with rum (obviously), water, butter, cinnamon, clove, and sugar (we never said it was healthy…)

☀️ If winter is *finally* over and these temps actually warm up, we’ll be on the patio with our pups at any of these spots:

FR8yard in Spartanburg | Outdoor televisions to catch the best of baseball season with a plate of loaded fries 🍟

Birds Fly South | Food trucks, local beer + dog breed meet-ups with Noble Dog Hotel

Grateful Brew | Food trucks, an outdoor beer garden/picnic area, and your choice of coffee or beer 🍺

Victoria Valley Vineyard | Cheese plates, fine wine + incredible mountain views

Soby’s New South Cuisine | Main Street people watching + cool off with a Lord Have Mercy Lemonade
