Hey, GVL. 👋 While we’re all at home + practicing social distancing, we may be missing out on some of our normal activities, like working out. 🧘‍♂️

Luckily, many yoga studios are adapting + moving online. 💻 The classes range from live classes at their regular scheduled times, to being uploaded online to access 24/7.
