The Brownstones at Hollingsworth Park_sm

Ever dreamed of living in a brownstone, but not feeling a move to New York?

Meet The Brownstones at Hollingsworth Park, a new residential project coming to Verdae. 24 luxury brownstones will overlook Legacy Park (which was designed to match the vibe of Central Park), accompanied by a new office + retail development.

The currently-unnamed 50,000 sq. ft. office/retail development building will be on Rocky Slope Rd., within the Verdae development between Woodruff Rd. + Verdae Blvd.

The two new projects will become major anchors for Verdae, filling in the center of the Hollingsworth Park residential development. Only ~40 acres will be left to develop when the brownstones and new businesses are complete.

The two- and three-story brownstone units (2,800 – 3,200 sq. ft) will start in the $800,000s, with private courtyards + two-car garages. CB Caine is now accepting pre-registration for the anticipated sales launch this fall.

Searching for more traditional neighborhood vibes? CB Caine is the exclusive sales and marketing partner for the below Hollingsworth Park and LS Homes communities. Check out these other four developments:

Chelsea Townes | $300k+ | All-brick townhomes with two-car garages | By Shouse Development and builder LS Homes

Bella Grove | $400k+ | Single-level cottages and maintenance free lawns | Builders include: Stoneledge Properties, Dillard-Jones Builders, Peery Homes and Milestone Custom Homes.

Looking for something a little bit closer to Main Street? CB Caine is partnering with LS Homes and to bring modern (yet classic) designs closer to downtown.

Highcroft | $400k+ | Modern community in the heart of Parkins Mill and Gower

James Street | $500k+ | Luxury homes just two minutes from downtown
