The president of local hotel chain, JHM Hotels is looking to capitalize on another form of overnight stay; one for all of your stuff. D.J. Rama, alongside a silent partner from California, plans to launch their first 100,000 sq. ft. self-storage facility (TD Self Storage) on the corner of Pelham and Boiling Springs in the east side of town.

The team will be contracting with CubeSmart to help manage sites, which means you’ll be seeing their branding on site as well.

TD Self Storage is already in negotiations for 6 other locations spread out between Greenville, Charleston, Florida, and Texas. They plan to launch 10-12 sites per year, that’s a plan for 100 facilities in the next decade.
