A little history: Rise Biscuits Donuts started in Durham, and how has 11 locations in N.C. Our new location is the first in South Carolina, so count yourself double lucky when you’re scarfing down one of their chocolate chocolate cake donuts. 😋

But before you plan your cheat day, there are a few terms you need to know:

  • Hashpuppies: the perfect jumbo tater tots, made even better with Cheddar cheese
  • Coconut Snowball: no, not the Twinkie – a donut filled with coconut pudding, covered in coconut icing and flakes

When you walk in, you’ll see the go-to staples: sprinkles, raspberry jelly, chocolate iced.
