#BucketDish: 9 Mile Station at Ponce City Market

9 Mile Station is described as Ponce City Market’s elevated beer garden but really it’s a super darling rooftop restaurant with 360-degree views of Atlanta complete with cocktails and an honest to goodness gastro-fare menu. I spent several days at Ponce City Market last month and 9 Mile Station is absolutely worth the predetermined reservation. The Mixed Grill Board-- even at $32-- blows away every tired charcuterie board of late (yes, they have one of those too but the grill board is a fantastic array of hanger steak, chicken thigh, sausage and veggies both raw and charred).

The food hall downstairs is a must stop as well including some of my favorites (in no particular order): the female-owned Italian Market Bellina Alimentari, Husk’s taco concept Minero, Chai Pani’s street food concept Botiwalla, the invincible ramen of TonTon Ramen, cocktails with Sebastian at The Mercury and oysters tasting at W.H. Stiles Fish Camp.

Ponce City Market may be the foodie field trip of all time, less than 3 hours away.
