We’ve had several readers ask us about what’s going on with the changes on East North Street near Fork and Plough . Now we have an answer.

#ComingSoon is Overbrook Village. At the corner of East North Street + Chestnut Street, the mixed-use development will border the Overbrook Historic District and Greenline-Spartanburg Neighborhood. Overbrook Village will feature three commercial retail spaces, plus eight townhomes, starting at $369,000.

The first announced retail tenant is C.O.R.E Grow Strong , which will be moving from its East Washington Street location into the redeveloped Lime Cola Bottling Company. C.O.R.E.’s owner plans to add a fitness studio + plant-based market as well. The two other retail spaces behind the studio are still available .

The project is being led by an investment group coordinated by The Norman Resource Group and has an estimated completion date of early 2021.
