Greenville’s Design Review Board recently approved two big projects: Exterior upgrades for Mill Village Ministries’ central hub + The Landmark Building’s (which will be re-branded to its original name, The Daniel Building) exterior plaza upgrades. (Upstate Business Journal)

The Delano, a $53.5 million multifamily housing development, is slated to include affordable + workforce housing. Greenville County Council gave final approval to a set of incentives for the project near Unity Park that will require 20% of the units to include workforce housing. (Greenville Journal)
Cause
It’s National Blood Donor Month. This Thursday, Jan. 25, the Greenville Drive will host a blood drive from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on District 356 in partnership with the city and chamber. Every donor will receive $50 in rewards, two tickets to the opening day game on Tuesday, April 9, and a clear stadium bag + koozie.
