The decades-long battle to develop 10 acres at the crazy-busy intersection of Highway 14 and Woodruff Road has a recent development (pun intended). Tuesday night, City Council approved to change a 10-acre parcel into a business development area.

“Trinity Park” will feature retail stores, offices, restaurants, and health food grocery store Sprouts. Southside Christian will also likely build a childhood development center on the property.

The County Council also said they would work with the S.C. Department of Transportation to improve the intersection.
