The Mayor’s thoughts on being the 4th fastest growing city in the nation

Last week, Greenville was named one of the fastest growing cities in the nation and *the* fastest, east of Texas. (Not to our surprise.)

With all this growth talk, we have to wonder: what does the Mayor think? Balanced growth and smart planning.

What’s in the plans?

To top it all off, the Mayor feels that the next big phase of development lies off of Lauren’s road where an expansion of the Greenville Health System Swamp Rabbit Trail, two mixed-use developments, a theatre, and a grocery store are being discussed.
