We like this a latte. Methodical Coffee acquired Bake Room , the bakery that closed at The Commons in February. Methodical will be working with Wade Taylor, owner of Bake Room, during the transition.
The Methodical team says Bake Room will assist in teaching its recipes and technique, and once they are ready to serve the products you know and love, they’ll reopen the Bake Room counter + serve the baked goods at Methodical’s shops. Bring on the morning buns.
