Crab Stack at Ruth’s Chris

Provided by EatDrinkCarolinas

This app is my order for a meal at Ruth’s Chris Downtown especially as temperatures soar. It offers a massive amount of perfect lump crabmeat layered with avocado, mango, cilantro and cucumber. It is dressed with creamy lemon basil, which is delish in its own right.

The dish is a whooping $19 and worth every penny. This is not an easy plate to accomplish at home, making it a worthy contender for your dining dollar.

Yes you’re at Ruth’s Chris maybe you do want a steak, but put me at the bar with the crab stack and a cocktail, and you’ll spy one delighted food writer woofing down a plate of summer.
