Those of us residing on the northside of downtown could not be more excited about the newest location of Coffee Underground, called “Coffee on Stone” at the super-fun reimaged Westone. The restaurant is the reason Pete Brett and Michael Fletcher ventured into development and now it’s open as part of the complex including Liability Brewing Co, Moe’s BBQ, Cache & Co. and others.

Yep, Coffee On Stone serves their roasted coffee but there’s breaky too. Try the daily quiche, handmade and served by the really hefty slice. There’re bagels and fruit parfaits and delish biscotti too; soon they’ll be an expanded menu as well as gelato and something magical will come out of a brand new soft-serve machine.

Over the holidays World Piece, a wood-fired pizza concept, will open connecting the spaces. Come hang out with me on Stone Ave (did I mention there’s on-site parking).
