Charleston Sports Pub

Remember back in Jan. when Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville closed? It left prime real estate in downtown Greenville vacant at 15 W. Washington Street, next to Barley’s and Trappe Door.

At that time, we asked you what you hope opens in the spot next? 📲 Here’s some of what you said:

  • “@choptsalad please” – @wordplaykids
  • “I wish for a French cafe and Bakery!” – @adtinsley
  • “Hickory tavern” – @willtwright_
  • “Dean and deluca” – @jkingdom74
  • “Something else by the Trappe Door/Barleys owners” – @imwanderlusty

… and Charleston Sports Pub” – @_nickcollins, who will be the happiest Greenvillian come this summer because yesterday, we learned that the Charleston-based sports pub will be opening in the space in a few months. This will be their 6th location, joining West Ashley, Summerville, Mt. Pleasant, James Island + Clemson.

Their menu features lunch + dinner daily, plus weekend brunch and late night bites with dishes like stuffed jalapenos, garlic truffle fries, shrimp + grits, breakfast quesadilla, strawberry spinach salad, cajun chicken penne, plus classics like wings, burgers + more. 🍔 They say their food is fully made-to-order, using fresh ingredients, unlike many sports pubs.

And for y’all hitting the bars or working late downtown, be advised the kitchen is open + serving a full menu until midnight every night. And, they deliver 7 days a week. 🚘 As is expected, they have a ton of beer on tap – including local brews – of course. 🍻

Looking forward to trying Charleston Sports Pub? Share with the crew.
