Y’all know we love those food/bev holidays (a.k.a Fauxholidays) – I mean, who can resist National French Fry Day (July 13) or National Chocolate Day (Oct. 8)? Tomorrow, Feb. 22, is National Margarita Day. 🌴
It may be 6 a.m. but go ahead and text your friends for happy hour plans. Here are some places with margaritas that *do not* disappoint + will fulfill your salt + tequila dreams.
Specials you can take advantage of:
- Willy Taco | 217 Laurens Rd or 930 E Main, Spartanburg | We recommend the BFM, “Big Freaking Margarita” for $12. It’s basically their popular El Camino Daddy margarita, but twice the size. Shout out to our reader, Chris O., for letting us know.
- Cantina 76 | 103 N Main St | Get the Strawberry Basil: Tequila, lime juice and triple sec. Served chilled with muddled strawberries and basil. They’ll also feature half off original house margaritas.
- Gringo’s Cantina | 11 W Camperdown Way | Try the OG Margarita: Silver tequila + homemade sour mix and snag $12 margarita pitchers + half off queso (Monday – Friday)
- Farmhouse Tacos | 164 S. Main St., Travelers Rest | Serving up $3 house margaritas allll dayyy longg. P.S.: We’re hoping (begging) for them to bring back the Travelers Rest Hot Chicken taco.
