Burgers + “almost burgers” at LTO

LTO burger bar

@LTOburgerbar

Co-owner of Southern Culture and the former Dive ‘N Boar, Chad Gangwer has officially announced the grand opening date for his newest venture, LTO Burger Bar. The burger joint will open in the same location as Dive ‘N Boar off of N. Pleasantburg Dr. at 11:30 a.m. next Tuesday.

To try and break the mold as a typical burger restaurant, LTO plans to source beef from Greenbriar Farms for their organic burgers, as well as offer vegan, vegetarian, and amped up salad options that include quinoa, local fruits and kale. Plus, special offerings like ground duck with bacon-date jam, and slaw made of kohlrabi.
It will also have a whole menu of milkshakes, including one called The Mexican chocolate shake – Mexican chocolate pudding and topped with a Choco Taco. Plus, boozy milkshakes and adult slushies, likely being offered in the future.

Whether you’re looking for a new spot to take the kids, or just you’re just feeling a gargantuan milkshake for dessert, the new concept is probably worth a try in our book. Check our Instagram story Monday evening to grab a sneak peak.
