I used to feel like the specials at ASADA were reserved for dinner or brunch, but of late some amazing features have been up for grabs at lunch including this one: Tacos De Camarones & Mole. A handmade Pasilla chile corn tortilla is topped with Mexican style mole, Asian salt and pepper shrimp, microgreens, and sesame.

It’s rich and textured and a savory lunch alongside my favorite ruby red hibiscus tea. As summer wears on we’ll see even more herbs and produce coming out of Gina’s veggie terrace to top fusion creations from this magical Wade Hampton kitchen.
