BucketDish: Signature Salad at Pomegranate on Main

My favorite spot on Main Street for lunch is Pomegranate; the Persian restaurant is one of the only restaurants with tablecloth service at lunch and everyone, I mean everyone, can find something to like.

The Signature Salad is an absolute treat. Greens and romaine sit beneath a gorgeous array of diced cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and mint, shredded cabbage and carrots, basmati rice, lentils, and raisins. Order it topped with the melt-in-your-mouth Barg Kabob (tenderloin marinated in onion and saffron and charbroiled) and you will not be disappointed. The cumin lime dressing alone kinda brings this dish together for a lunch that you will not soon forget.

And when that warm winter day pops up, don’t miss out on an opportunity to sit in their picture-perfect courtyard, enclosed for the winter.
