I haven’t been in Grateful Brew when it wasn’t happily humming with just a great mix of patrons and since today is expected to be cooler than the sweltering numbers we’ve seen lately, why not talk about a cup of coffee that’s not iced and in a proper cup?

The lavender latte at Grateful Brew is a gem, aptly made with Counter Culture beans and local honey infused with lavender by certified baristas. I order mine with almond milk and it is perfectly perfect. I could not ask for frothier foam from almond milk! And, look at this darling cup and saucer (I will admit that my lip mark makes this photo look at bit Beauty and the Beast). Match it with Grateful Brew’s iconic yellow chairs and call me happy. It’s a great place to hang out with or without a laptop, right across the street from Greenville Tech and a skip away from lunch at Pita House.
