Crepes seem to be a thing right now and some of my favorites are at Exchange Co. Coffee in adorable downtown Simpsonville. To top it off, ALL of their crepes are gluten-free made with coconut flour and arrowroot. Why? Because they taste better that way. These crepes are light and springy in an addictive way.

The Chicken Bake crepe is killer filled with grilled sliced chicken, bacon, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing made fresh and chive microgreens (which take it over the top in my book). Also pictured is the Berried & Cream crepe cleverly filled with berries, jam, cream cheese, oats and sliced almonds for that sweet, creamy, crunch thing.

Exchange Co. is a neat place inside and out. Their name hints at a company culture of “living in exchange for others” and a portion of revenues support local foster care initiatives.
