Stop the presses and go get this cheeseburger at Golden Brown & Delicious. It’s available at lunch nearly always at the Village of West Greenville restaurant and sometimes at dinner (if you ask nicely, though it’s an a la carte item so order something like fried okra or the heirloom tomato salad too). Even better, there’s a double patty version on the menu at the new GB&D food truck stationed at Birds Fly South at Hampton Station weekly.

The bun is ridiculous as well as everything in between including really oozing American cheese, but what takes this sammy over the top is a side order of the housemade ranch dressing at GB&D. Pool it on the plate and call yourself lucky. Wow, is this a great burger!
