Being sick is the worst, but the healing effect of warm soup is definitely the silver lining. Also, it’s delicious, so don’t feel like you need to wait for a sniffly nose before indulging.

We asked our followers where to find the best bowls this soup season and here are some recs we received –

“Mekong on Wade Hampton! 🍲😍🍲” – @hollyannepace

Ramen from Sushi Masa is by far the best ramen I’ve ever had!” – @hcurtisrn

“My husband and I love Monsoon Noodle House in Spartanburg (downtown) – I always get their WonTon Soup Bowl....it is so big and feels so good on a cold day!” – @foothillfoodietours

“How ‘bout ramen at Menkoi?” – @promiseoftheworld

Duck soup with yellow Saigon noodle is the jam...it is by far the largest menu in Greenville so have fun. #saigonfastfood” – @3rdeyeurbangardensupply
“Hello. I’m a Soup fan and can recommend those offered by Publix and Harris Teeter. I enjoy Chicken with Wild Rice, Chicken Tortilla and either Beef or Chicken Chili. The Mid-Town Deli sells a very good and spicy Chicken Tortilla. The New York Butcher on Augusta provides good Tomato Basil and Beef Chili.” – Thomas B

“Pho Noodleville!!!” – @wylielight

Udon from Sushi Masa or the broccoli soup from Husk if they ever bring it back.” – @thefeinwoman

We’ve also heard that the grilled cheese with the soup of the day during lunch at Nose Dive is incredible. Have some suggestions of your own for soup season? Let us know here or hit reply to send us a message. 🍲

I’ve been thinking about hosting a soup party for months (mostly so I can show off my, er, Pinterest’s veggie chili recipe). Have any recipes to share? Let me know – I would love to try them out.
