There are two types of cheese: the kind you nibble off a platter with crackers + prosciutto, then there’s cheese that melts + stretches in gooey globs of deliciousness. Enter: the all-American grilled cheese sandwich.

They serve it open faced & it’s made with melted cheddar and mozzarella, crumbled bacon, and diced green onions. Pairs perfectly with their tomato dill soup & a chilled slice of sweet potato cake 🙌
