Brunch at Husk is a treat and it starts at 10 a.m. on both Saturdays and Sundays. My brunch app of choice is beef jerky and deviled eggs. The jerky is an off-menu order (Husk GVL is working on all types of yummy bar snacks and this is one of them) but anyone can order it if you’re willing to give up $7.

Premium dried beef is dusted with citric acid for a perfectly pert bite. Pair it with luscious deviled eggs and prime your palate for one fantastic mid-day meal. And, don’t even think about skipping the biscuits and gravy or the Husk burger, (those pickles are just to die for).

Is it possible that the ‘ville is finally getting a brunch culture? With the trifecta of GB&D, Anchorage and Husk, I think the answer is YES.
