Before there were refrigerators there was charcuterie. In fact, this culinary art goes back a long, long way—but we’re going to focus on the present day. As in, where can you get your hands on the perfect plate in Greenville? If you’re a fan of cured meats, assorted cheeses, and pickled little veggies, read on for a platter of charcuterie spots you need in your life.
