Tim Tebow visits Greenville

IMG_6837

1 national championship, 2 NFL teams, and a short stent as an SEC broadcaster later, Tim Tebow will be stepping into the batter’s box at Fluor Field today. As if a rivalry with your neighboring city couldn’t get any better, we give you exhibit A: a heated Twitter battle between the Drive and the Fireflies after the announcement that Tim Tebow would be joining the Fireflies back in March (nice, 😏). Next, we present exhibit B: Tim Tebow going yard at his first at-bat.

We’re predicting that exhibit C will consist of a Greenville Drive sweep, 5 strikeouts, 2 groundouts, and a flyout to right by Tim Tebow. But then again, watching Tim Tebow take one yard over the Green Monster would be a spectacle (but then again, I watched him cry on national TV after losing to Ole Miss 😏 ). We’ll see you at the ball field for all three games, tonight through Thursday.
